摘要
人力资源作为企业系统生存与发展的重要资源,它的脆弱性状态将影响企业的风险与危机应对能力以及可持续发展能力。脆弱性是人们新近发现的系统的一种新属性,它反映了系统内部缺陷的状态和承受、适应与应对内外环境变化的能力。本文在提出企业人力资源系统脆弱性概念的基础上,提出了企业人力资源系统脆弱性的内涵、分类、表征以及产生和扩散机理,为认识企业人力资源系统脆弱性属性以及提高企业人力资源管理体系的抗风险与适应能力提供了决策依据。
Human resource system is an important resource of the enterprise system to survive and dcvelop. The state of its vulnerability will affect the response capabilities of risks, crises and sustainable development abilities. Vulnerability is a newly discovered property of the system, which reflects the internal defects of the system as well as the abilities of bearing and dealing with changes of internal and external environment. This paper puts forward the concept of vulnerability of the human resource system, and proposes the connotation, classification, characteristics and the generation, diffusion mechanism of vulnerability of human resource system. This paper helps people understand the vulnerability properties of enterprise human resources and provides a basis of decision making to improve the ability of adaption and anti - risk for human resource management system.
