摘要
随着酒店行业竞争重点的转移,酒店企业文化的建设逐渐被提上日程。本文对酒店企业文化的内涵进行了界定,包括物质、制度和精神三个层面;通过对国内外酒店企业文化的研究和发展现状进行分析,以河北省酒店企业文化发展为例,指出其在企业文化建设形式、管理者的认知及企业文化开展程度方面都存在着较大的问题;最后提出以酒店物质文化和行为文化层面建设为基础,重点加强现代酒店精神文化的培育和建设,建立属于酒店自身的企业精神来构建河北省现代酒店企业文化体系,以增强酒店的核心竞争力。
With the transfer of the competitive focus of the hotel industry, the construction of the hotel enterprise culture has gradually been put on the agenda. This article first defines the connotations of hotel enterprise cultures, including substance, system and spirit, indicates the problems existing in construction models of corporate culture, management cognitions and levels of corporate cultural development by analyzing a case study of the hotel enterprise culture of I4ubei province and, on the basis of the constructions of material and behavior cultures of hotels, it finally proposes some countermeasures to strengthen the cultivation and the construction of spiritual cultures of modern hotels to build the corporate culture system of modern hotels in Hebei province as to enhance the core competitiveness of the hotels.
