基于循环经济的金融创新探析

循环经济是一种以资源的高效利用和循环利用为核心的符合可持续发展理念的经济增长模式。循环经济产业化的高投入、循环经济产品的特性以及循环经济资金需求的特征对金融都有着强烈的诉求。金融业以独特的运行方式推动着循环经济的发展,同时循环经济也给金融业发展奠定了经济基础,提供发展动力、创新空间和新的利润增长点。基于循环经济与金融两者之间的良性互动关系,本文提出了基于循环经济的五种金融创新模式,以推进循环经济的快速发展,引导社会资金流向循环经济产业,提高金融资源的使用效益。

The circular economy is a pattern of economic growth with core of effective utilization and recycling of resources, which ac- cords with the concept of sustainable development. Such features as high inputs of the circular economy industrialization, the products of the circular economy and demands for funds of the circular economy have a strong appeal to finance. The financial industry promotes the development of circular economy in a unique operation mode while the circular economy lays an economic foundation to the development of the financial industry to provide the development power, innovative space and new profit growth points. Based on the positive interaction between circular economy and finance, this paper presents five financial innovation models of circular economy as to promote the rapid development of the circular economy and lead the social capitals to the circular economic industry to improve the efficiency in the use of financial resources.
