摘要
利用光电编码器将转速转换成频率并对其进行测量是一种比较准确和可靠的方法。采用美国国家仪器公司(NI)图形化编程语言LabVIEW和数据采集卡PXI-6733,设计了T法、M法和分频法电机转速测量系统,并在交流永磁同步电动机控制系统中进行了验证。实验结果表明,对于不同频率范围的信号有最优的测量方法与之对应,达到准确转速测量目的,人机界面友好。
It's an accurate and reliable method to use photoelectric eneoder to convert speed to frequency which is measured in practical. T, M and t:fequency-dividing methods were introduced to measure motor speed by using of graphical programming language LabVIEW and data acquisition card PXI-6733,and the methods were verified on the control system of AC permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM). The experimental results show that there is an optimal measurement method for different frequency ranges of signals to achieved the purpose of measuring motor speed and the man-machlne interface is friendly.
