基于齿层比磁导法的混合式步进电动机归一化设计

摘要 采用齿层比磁导法,建立了混合式步进电动机的等效非线性磁网络模型。根据磁网络的特点,提出了一种归一化的方法,利用"重复单元"对磁网络中的节点进行规范化编号,建立了通用的节点磁位方程组,使其对任意极数和相数的电机都适用。然后使用VC++6.0,编写通用的混合式步进电动机计算机仿真设计程序,并对5个机座号样机的保持转矩的仿真设计值和测试值进行了对比分析,验证了该方法的计算精确性、快速性和工程实用性。 The tooth-layer rate permeance method was implemented to build a magnetic circuit network model for a hybrid stepper motor. A normalized algorithm was designed based on the magnetic circuit network. By numbering each node of the magnetic circuit network, a normalized nodal-based equation of the network was given, and a general magnetic circuit network for arbitrary number of phase and pole was buih. A aided design program for hybrid stepper motor was written by VC++6. 0 language with the field-circuit coupled method. Simulations of the torque-angle characteristics of the mentioned four-phase eight-pale motor were run before and after the normalization process. Its accuracy and practicability were validated.
