摘要
在步进电动机速度、位置的数学模型基础上,设计了以PIC16F877为控制核心,采用查表法、参数法分别对步进电动机的速度和位置控制。较好地解决了步进电动机运动过程中存在的失步、过冲等现象,给出了控制系统的主要硬件电路及软件的设计,并利用C语言实现了PIC单片机对步进电动机的精确控制。
Based on the mathematical models of speed and position of stepper motor, the speed and position control were designed taking PIC16F877 as core and using look-up table and parametric method, which avoided out of step and over step in stepper motor motion. The main hardware circuit and software design were given. The precise control of stepper motor using PIC single-chip was realized by programming in C language.
