摘要
基于TMS320F2812数字控制器设计了整距绕组分块转子开关磁阻电机的数字控制系统。采用PI调节器实时调节主开关管的开通角,并根据转速进行优化调节主开关管的关断角的角度控制策略实现转速闭环控制。详细阐述了各硬件电路单元的设计,以及主程序和相关子程序设计流程。最后通过实验验证了整距绕组分块转子SRM数字控制系统的性能。
The digital control system of switched reluctance motors with fully-pitched windings and segmental rotors based on TMS320C2812 was designed in this paper. The angle position control strategy in which the turn-on angle was regulated by digital PI algorithm and turn-off angles was optimized according to speeds was adopted to realize closed-loop speed control. Each circuit unit was described and programming idea of main program and related subprogram were intro- duced in detail. Finally,the validity of the digital control system of switched reluctance motors with fully-pitched windings and segmental rotors was tested by experiments.
