Influencing Factors of Family Pension System: Example from Anhui Province

空巢化状态下,家庭养老制度中的"经济供给"、"生活照料"和"精神慰籍"出现断裂,农村空巢老人呈现出较为严重的生活参与不足。选择安徽劳动力输出大县——G县的D村和Z村作为调查地,对40位农村空巢老人进行深度访谈。通过研究发现,家庭养老制度是否依旧吸纳或产生排斥性并不能一概而论,在很大程度上取决于三个因素,即子女经济资源、家庭伦理、家庭关系等诸多因素的良性互动与否。

In the status of empty nest, for the breakage of economic supply, daily care and spiritual sense in the family pension system, the life participation of empty nest elderly is seriously lack. The author chooses a large county G in labor supplying in Anhui province, and interview with 40 rural nest eiders in villages D and Z in G county. By survey, the author finds that whether the family pension system is integrated or excluded cannot generalize, to a great extent, it is decided by three factors and their favorable interaction , that are economic resources, family morality and family relation.
