水资源环境与沿岸城市的可持续发展——以赤水河流域为例

The Environment of Water Resource and the Sustainable Development of Coast Cities: Based on the Chishui River

近年来,赤水河沿岸城镇经济发展迅速,但流域内大多数县、市处在粗放工业化发展阶段,以矿产资源开发,特别是煤炭和硫铁矿资源开发为主的资源型重污染工业成为流域上、中游各县主导产业,加重了水资源的污染,对中游的白酒基地造成极为不利的影响,对中、下游的旅游产业发展带来副作用。文章分析了赤水河流域经济发展与水资源保护的关系,提出了适合赤水河流域可持续发展的对策措施。

The economic development of coast cities by Chishui River boosts at a high speed in recent years. However, most of basin cities are still at an extensive industrialization stage. The water resource is undergoing a heavy pollution aggravated by the major industries directed by mine resource exploitation, especially coal and pyritic development, in upstream and midstream cities, which harms the midstream white wine industry as well as the midstream and downstream tourist industry in the long run. In this article, we analyze the relationship between economic development and water resource protection and suggest solutions for a sustainable development of Chishui River Basin.
