摘要
通过对现有玻璃容器包装行业的调研分析,探究其发展趋势及使用弊端,并提出一种更符合人机工程学原理的玻璃容器设计实例。对玻璃容器的设计进行了人机分析,研究整理出了一系列容器造型设计中的人体测量尺寸、使用动作、功能以及色彩心理等方面的内容,阐述了人体工程学在玻璃容器设计中的应用原则。针对目前玻璃包装工业为了与纸制品容器和塑料瓶等新型包装材料容器竞争这一现实问题,介绍了玻璃容器在运输、使用、心理分析方面的应用。最后利用人机学知识,从瓶体尺寸、线条、造型上对玻璃容器进行再设计,得出两款新型的玻璃容器。
This paper analyzes the recent existing glass containers in packaging industry, studies its development trend and disadvantages of use and puts forward a design case of glass container which is more in line with ergonomic principles. The paper uses ergonomic principles to analyze the designing of glass containers, studies and organizes a series of contents for container modeling design, such as human measurement, also explains the application principles of ergonomics for action for use, function, and color psychology and so on. And it glass container design. By considering the recent problem of the competition between glass packaging industry and other packaging's using new materials like paper packaging and plastic bottles, it introduces the application of glass container in transportation, usage and psychological. Lastly, it designes two kinds of new glass containers from its bottle size, line and shape combined with the knowledge of ergonomics.
