促动力药联合微生态制剂对便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果分析

Analysis of the effects of prokinetic drug combined with probiotics of bowel preparation before colonoscopy in patients with constipation

目的:研究提高便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备效果的方法。方法:观察组A组检查前3天服用莫沙必利,5 mg,tid,酪酸梭菌散剂1 g,tid,检查前6 h服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液2 L;观察组B组检查前3天服用莫沙必利,5 mg,tid,检查前6 h服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液2 L;对照组检查前6 h服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液2 L。结果:观察组A组86例,优良81例;B组82例,优良74例;对照组80例,优良56例。结论:促动力药联合微生态制剂可明显改善便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果,且不良反应显著降低。

OBJECTIVE To study the methods of improving the effects of colonoscopy preparation in patients with consdpa tion. METHODS Group A before the inspection, taking mosapride 5 mg, tid, Clostridiumbutyricum powder 1 g,tid, 6 hours before the inspection taking polyethylene glycol electrolyte bulk 2 L; group B before the inspection, taking mosapride, 5 nag, tid, 6 hours before the inspection taking polyethylene glycol electrolyte bulk 2 L;6 h before the inspection of the control group taking polyethylene glycol electrolyte bulk 2 L. RESULTS The results showed group A （86 cases）, 81 cases with good effects; group I3 82 cases, good 74 cases; control group of 80 cases, good 56 cases. CONCLUSION The prokinetic drug corn bined with probiotics can significantly improve the effect of bowel preparation before colonoscopy in patients with constipation, and the side effects are significantly reduced.
