关于我国律师执业三项重要权利的探讨

Three Important Rights of Professional Practitioner in China

新的《刑事诉讼法》、《刑法》和《律师法》实施以来，随着律师法律地位 的改变，关于律师执业的三项权利──人身保障、调查取证、全面阅卷问题亟待研究。 应借鉴国外有关制度，加强立法保障。特别建议建立证据展示制度，以期使律师为当 事人提供优质服务。

Since the enactment of the new Criminal Procedure Law, Criminal Law and Law on Lawyers, and the changes in the legal status of lawyers, the issues with respect to three rights of practitioners such as personal security, finding and taking evidence and comprehensive reading case records demand prompt solution. Legislation safeguard should be enforced by using the experience of other countries for reference. Establishment of evidence demonstration system has particularly been suggested, thus it enables lawyers to provide good service for their clients.
