摘要
沙特阿拉伯王国大部分地区属热带沙漠气候,夏季炎热干燥,最高气温可达50℃以上。现浇混凝土施工因气温高、水分蒸发快易产生收缩裂缝。介绍了沙特南北铁路在夏季高温条件下现浇混凝土施工的质量控制措施,通过有效控制原材料温度、设备温度及环境温度,延缓了混凝土凝结时间,确保了混凝土顺利泵送和浇筑质量。
Most districts in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia belong to tropical desert climate with hot arid summer and the maximum air temperature can above 50.Cast-in-situ concrete construction will produce shrinkage cracks easily due to high temperature and quick water evaporation.The quality control measures to cast-in-situ concrete construction of North &South Railway project under high temperature are introduced.Through controlling raw material temperature effectively,equipment temperature and environment temperature,concrete coagulation time can be delayed and the pumping & casting quality of concrete can be ensured.
