摘要
胎心率监护是围产期胎儿监护的一项重要内容,超声多普勒测量胎心率是最常用的无创方法;考虑到胎心监护系统采集数据量大、实时性要求高,且针对胎心多普勒信号具有信噪比低,非平稳等随机性等特点,文中采用CPLD和DSP技术相结合,控制A/D转换器对6路胎心多普勒信号进行采样和通信,并利用coif5小波结合双重阈值算法处理胎心音数据的多路胎心率检测系统;临床实验表明,通过6层小波分解可提取得到8Hz以下的低频信号,即为胎儿的心跳信号,胎心率测量精度可达到1bpm;该系统具有较高的检测精度、较好的实时性和广泛的临床应用性。
One most important parameters of fetal monitoring is the FHR (Fetal Heart Rate) in the perinatal management. The ultrasound signal of Doppler is a good non--invasive way to detect the FHR. But it's difficult to extract the fetal heart signal because of the com plexity of Doppler fetal signal, the authors put forward an approach to extract heartbeat sound form the Doppler fetal heartbeat signal based on coif5 wavelet transform and double thresholds through the CPLD and DSP technology, to control the A / D converter six Road fetal heart Doppler signal. The heartbeat of the fetus can be extracted through the six layers wavelet decomposition. The fetal heart rate measurement accuracy can be achieved lbpm. In practical use and experiments, the system has higher detection accuracy, better real--time and a wide range of clinical applicability.
