摘要
针对当前电子设备电路故障频发的现状,采用Multisim软件建立电路故障诊断仿真模型、动态实时记录电路中关键设备的用电情况、按照功能模块划分的思想对电路中可能存在的潜通路故障进行排查;对元器件经常发生的开路、短路或者参数超差故障对系统可能带来的隐患进行分析;经试验验证和可靠性评估,该方法极大地提高了设计电路的健壮性,减少今后可能发生危险的概率,对于缩短电路设计周期、节省设计费用和提高设计质量有重要意义。
In order to solve the problem that electronic system faults frequently happens, a circuits fault diagnosis system based on simulation is designed by Multisim, it can dynamic and real--time record key equipment electro--information, using function module to identify the sneak circuits, to analyse dubitable risk of electronic component's open, short and parameter superscale. By test validation and reliability assessment, this method can enhance electronic circuits design level and reduce risk happen possibility effectively, it have a significant meaning to shorten periods, saving expenses and enhance products'quality.
