为了使部队实现某型红外成像设备的维修保障能力,研制了一种基于工控机、虚拟仪器和数据库技术的通用型红外成像设备自动测试系统。介绍测控程序和硬件配置信息相结合实现硬件通用平台的方法;给出了信号的通用化表示规则,详细介绍了测控程序和测试模型相结合实现软件通用平台的方法。应用结果表明,该测试系统运行稳定可靠,检查速度快,通用性好,具有较好推广价值。

In order to realized the maintenance support capability of infrared image equipment for military, an automatic testing system based on industrial computer, virtual instrument and database is designed. The combination of test program and configuration of hardware to achieve the hardware universal Platform is introduced. The universal express rules of all signals are given. The combination of test program and test model to achieve the software universal platform is introduced in detail. The application shows that this test system runs stably and has characteristics of high test speed and better universal. So, this test system is worthy of extending.
