摘要 为实现工业生产中的数据自动采集和智能探测任务,设计了一种轮式驱动的智能探测机器人;介绍了探测机器人的系统方案、硬件设计和软件设计,系统采用嵌入式控制技术,主控器以ARM9系列S3C2440A为处理器,驱动器以AVR单片机ATmega16L为处理器,控制直流驱动电机的速度和转向;ARM9采用Linux操作系统,AVR单片机采用基于PID算法的C语言编程;探测机器人实现了自动寻迹、智能避障、温度探测、图像采集、无线通信等功能;整机调试和运行表明,所设计的软、硬件达到了各项要求,探测机器人具有高智能化、高性价比等技术特点,推广应用价值较大。 For the realization of the industrial production of automatic data collection and intelligent exploration missions, a wheel driven exploration robot is designed. The design of the exploration robot includes system design, the hardware design and software design. This article describes the robot system solutions, hardware and software design. The system uses an embedded control technology. The core of master controller is composed of the processor which is S3C2440A belonging to ARM9 series. Driving circuit uses ATmega16L, to control DC motor for speed governing and steering. The robot, using the operating system of Linux and based on PID algorithm implemented by C programming language. The robot has realized automatic tracing, intelligent obstacle avoidance, temperature detection, image acquisition, wireless communications, and other functions. Experiments show that the design of software and hardware meet the requirements, the exploration robot has the technical features of high intelligence, high performance and low cost. so it has a greater application value.
