摘要
为了提高卫生陶瓷釉面质量综合评价的效率和准确性,提出了一种自动评价系统方案,设计了软件结构和功能;以C#语言开发评价管理等模块;采用Matlab编程开发图像预处理、综合评价算法等模块,利用组件技术实现Visual C#与Matlab混合编程;以洗面器为评价对象,采用分辨率为2592×1944工业相机验证软件评价功能;结果表明,软件输出评价结果为优,与预期一致;软件实现了卫生陶瓷釉面的自动评价,操作方便,基本满足卫生陶瓷釉面质量综合评价的要求。
To improve the efficiency and accuracy of comprehensive evaluation for glazed surface of sanitary ceramics, a kind of automatic evaluation system scheme is presented and the software architecture and function is designed. Modules such as evaluation management are developed with C sharp language. Modules such as image preprocessing and comprehensive evaluation which are developed under Matlab program circumstance, are called under Visual C# program circumstance with component technology. The evaluation experiment on wash basins is made using industry digital camera with resolution of 2592× 1944. The evaluation result of wash basins is good that is identical with prediction. The software with good UI and friendly operation accomplish the function of automatic evaluation for glazed surface of sanitary ceramics which evaluation result is satisfactory. The software can satisfy the fundamental requirements of glazed surface of sanitary ceramics.
