摘要 介绍了一种基于FPGA和Nand Flash的车载大容量记录仪的设计与实现;记录仪主要由控制模块和存储模块组成;控制模块以FPGA为主控芯片,主要实现4个CAN通信接口、1个USB接口、1个以太网接口、2个422接口协调控制功能,另外包括实时时钟管理、内部总线控制等功能;存储模块由5块存储卡构成,每个存储卡又由FPGA、多片Nand Flash和内部总线接口构成,容量可达160G;该车载大容量记录仪已通过各种环境试验,性能稳定,数据存储容量大且易扩展,已用于工程实践中。 A large--capacity vehicle recorder based on FPGA and Nand Flash has been introduced in this article. The Recorder is mainly consists of control module and storage module. The control module takes FPGA as the main chip. It mainly achieves coordination and control functions of four CAN communication interfaces, a USB interface, an Ethernet interface, and two 422 interfaces. In addition, it includes real --time clock management and internal bus control function. The storage module consists of five memory cards. Each memory card consists of the FPGA, more than one Nand Flash chips and the internal bus interfaces. The storage capacity can be up to 160G. The large capacity of the vehicle recorder has gone through in various environmental tests and performaneed stably. The data storage capacity is lager and easy to expand and has been used in engineering practice.
