摘要
从超痕量活性磷浓度分析系统的现状出发,分析国内外仪器的不足,研制了一种基于流动注射分析-双光束分光光度法,采用ARM配合PC机实现自动控制和分析海水中活性磷浓度的仪器;该仪器采用自制检测模块,极大地解决了传统仪器使用光纤传感带来的易折损、光衰减问题;测量时采用双光束法,消除了光源强度变化带来的误差;经测试,仪器检测限为2nmol/L,低浓度下相对标准偏差约为8%,且结构简单,可靠性好,与传统分析仪器相比,提高了分析的速度、精度和自动化程度,可用于船载现场测定。
To overcome the present problem of ultra--trace level soluble reactive phosphorus (SRP) analysis system, this paper developed an analyzer for the determination of SRP in seawater based on flow injection analysis-- dual-- beam spectrophotometry. A solid-- state light source detector was used to resolve the problems caused by using optical fiber; the error caused by the drift of light source was eliminated by the using of dual--beam spectrophotometric measurement. A detection limit of 2 nmol/L was obtained. Compared with traditional instruments, higher throughput, improved precision and raised automation level. It is also fit for shipboard measurement.
