学术博客知识交流与共享心理诱因的实证研究 被引量:26

Empirical Research on the Psychological Inducement to Knowledge Communication and Knowledge Sharing Under Academic Blogs Environment

摘要 科研活动日益重视知识交流与共享,学术博客为实现科研人员的知识分享提供了新平台。识别学术博客社区中影响个体知识贡献行为的心理因素成为社区持续发展的关键问题。基于社会资本理论、社会交换理论以及公共物品困境理论,本文提出了学术博客社区知识交流与共享行为的心理诱因理论模型;进一步以科学网博客社区为研究对象,通过在线问卷调查获得229份有效问卷,使用PLS对模型进行验证。结果显示,在学术博客中,人际信任和乐于助人有助于促进科研人员的知识交流与共享行为;私欲使个体不愿意与他人交流与共享;人际信任则对私欲有一定的调节作用。而声誉、忧虑感和价值怀疑与个体的知识交流与共享行为没有关系。 Knowledge communication and knowledge sharing play a more important role in scientific research activities, while academic blogs provide a new platform for sharing knowledge. To identify individuals' psychological inducement factors influencing their knowledge sharing behaviors is a key for community sustainable development. This paper puts forward a research model based on Social Capital Theory, Social Exchange Theory and Public Goods Dilemma. Furthermore, the model is validated by PLS method through an online questionnaire of 229 users from Sciencenet. cn. The results show that, interpersonal trust and enjoyment in helping others positively affect individuals' knowledge communication and knowledge sharing behaviors; greed exerts a strong negative effect on individuals' sharing behaviors; and interpersonal trust has a moderate effect on greed. In addition, reputation, fear and doubt of knowledge value have no relationships with individuals' behaviors.
