摘要 旨在观察不同组分、不同纯度中药复方多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响。用环磷酰胺(60mg/kg)作免疫抑制剂建立免疫功能低下动物模型,进行小鼠EA花环形成率、T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率检测。结果表明,多糖组分A2(每只12.5mg)和中间纯度的多糖B2(每只12.5mg)能够显著提高正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠EA花环形成率和T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率,能够使环磷酰胺造成的免疫抑制逆转至正常水平。因此,具有合适分子质量的多糖组分和合适纯度的多糖能显著增强小鼠的免疫功能。 This experiment aimed to investigate the influence of Chinese medicinal compound polysaccharide with different components and different purities on mice immunocompetence.Cyclophosphamide(60 mg/kg)was used as the immunity-inhibition agent to build the low immunity animal model.Then we measured the mice EA rosette rate and the T lymphocyte esterase rate.The result showed that polysaccharide component A2(every mice 12.5 mg)and polysaccharide B2 with average purity(every mice 12.5 mg) could dramatically improve these two rates in the normal mice group and in the immunity inhibition mice group.These two polysaccharides could also reverse immunity inhibition caused by cyclophosphamide to normal level.Therefore,polysaccharide components with appropriate molecular weight and appropriate purity can greatly improve immunity of mice.
