摘要
研究加拿大一枝黄花不同部位乙醇提取液羟基自由基清除能力的动态变化,以确定其作为天然抗氧化剂被开发利用的最佳时间与部位。测定不同生长时期各部位提取液的羟基自由基清除能力,并采用HPLC法对各部位合成物的成分进行分析。结果表明,4-6月,该植物提取液的自由基清除能力低于其他月份;此时各部位内的黄酮成分亦较少。7-8月,叶提取液的自由基清除能力高于所有月份的提取液;此时叶内含较多黄酮苷类,尤其是槲皮素苷类。根提取液的自由基清除能力略优于茎提取液,且在10月达到最高,但根、茎、花提取液的自由基清除效果均不及叶提取液。盛夏季节,加拿大一枝黄花叶可作为天然抗氧化剂加以开发利用。
Dynamic changes of hydroxyl radical scavenging activity of different ethanol extracts of Solidago canadensis L.were investigated to exploit the best season and the best part of this invasive plant as a natural antioxidant.Hydroxyl radical scavenging activity of extracts in different growing time was determined.The polyphenolic compounds in different parts of the plant were analyzed by HPLC.From April to June,radical scavenging activity of the plant extracts of all parts was lower compared with other months.In this period,flavonoid ingredients were the least in all parts.From July to August,the leaves extract had the highest radical scavenging activity among all ethanol extracts.In this period,flavonoid ingredients were the most,including flavonoid glycosides,especially quercetin glycosides.Radical scavenging activity of roots,stems and flowers extracts were not comparable with leaves extracts.The results indicated that Solidago canadensis L leaves could be an effective antioxidant in hot summer.
