摘要
收集19个品种的向日葵,测定了不同品种向日葵种子千粒重和出仁率,采用超声波提取法从向日葵籽仁中提取籽油并计算其含量,用超高效液相色谱法测定籽油中亚油酸含量。结果表明:所测19份向日葵的籽仁含油量在36.89%~56.69%之间,向日葵籽油中主要不饱和脂肪酸亚油酸含量在39.95%~66.49%之间。通过比较,初步筛选出2份高油高品质的向日葵品种,分别是食用向日葵青花和2份不同产地的油用向日葵T 562(美国)及T 562(甘肃)。
The seeds of 19 sunflower varieties collected from diffirent area were used for studying the oil and octadecadienoic acid content of different sunflower seeds using ultrasonic extraction and ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC), respectively. Results showed the oil concentration of seed kernels ranged from 36.89% to 56.69% ,the octadecadienoic acid concentration of seed oil ranged from 39.95% to 66.49%. It was preliminarily screened a confectionery sunflower Qinghua and oil sunflower T 652 (American) and T 562 (Gansu) as high oil and high quality varieties.
