摘要
有效教学是一种教学相长的教学,是师生共同进步与发展的教学过程。提升大学生人力资本的关键在于有效教学过程中知识、能力、智慧的互动转化。大学法学专业有效课堂教学过程的新图景应包括师生角色定位、预设生成、信息反馈、实践拓展四个基本环节。
Effective teaching is a teaching beneficial to both teaching and learning, for teachers and students to de- velop during the teaching process. The key to improve college student human resources is the interaction and trans- formation among knowledge, ability and wisdom in effective teaching process. The new picture of the law major ef- fective classroom teaching process should include the four basic components, the orientation of teacher and student roles, predict and production, information feedback and practical development.
