摘要
以侧链含氟聚醚多元醇、N220、A3050、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、扩链剂1420为主要原料,采用预聚法成功制备了侧链含氟聚氨酯透明弹性体(SC-FPU)。通过红外(FT-IR)、动态力学分析(DMA)、拉伸试验、接触角测定仪等手段分别研究了不同氟含量的侧链含氟聚氨酯弹性体的化学结构、耐热性、力学性能与表面性能。结果表明,SC-FPU弹性体具有较好的耐热性、力学性能和表面性能,氟含量对侧链含氟聚氨酯弹性体的性能影响较大。
Transparent side-chain fluorinated polyurethane (SC-FPU) elastomers were prepared by using side-chain fluorine-containing polyether polyol, N220, A3050, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), and 1420 chain extender as main materi- als through prepolymerized method. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FFIR), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) ,tensile testing and contact angle analyzer were used to investigate the chemical structure, heat resistant, tensile properties, and surface property of SC-FPU elastomers with different fluorine content. The results indicated that SC-FPU elastomers had good heat resistant,mechanical and surface property. The fluoride content had more influence on the properties of SC-FPU elastomers.
