摘要
采用非水解溶胶-凝胶法,以四氯化锡和正硅酸乙酯为前驱体,在无溶剂条件下制备了SnO2-SiO2纳米复合材料。采用傅立叶红外、X射线衍射、氮气物理吸附、扫描电镜和透射电镜对所制取材料进行表征。结果表明,氧化锡以四方相金红石结构分散在球状氧化硅中,且部分Sn与SiO2形成了Si-O-Sn键,材料比表面积为345.5m2/g,孔径集中于8~12nm。
Nanocomposites of SnO2-SiO2 were prepared by the non-hydrolytic sol-gel method,in which stannic chlo- ride and tetraethoxysilane were employed as precursors without solvent. The materials were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, nitrogen adsorption-desorption,SEM and TEM. It was shown that some Sn had been incorporated into the framework of SiO2 with formation of Si-O-Sn linkages, and SnO2 nanoparticles were dispersed in amorphous silica in the form of tetrahedral rutile structure. The surface area of the materials was as high as 345.5m2/g. The pore size distribution was in the range of 8-12nm.
