哑光军绿漆低红外发射改性研究

摘要 研究了不同铝银浆加入量对市售哑光军绿漆的红外发射率及耐腐蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明:在1~14μm波段,哑光军绿漆涂层的红外发射率为0.95,随着铝银浆加入量的增加,涂层的红外发射率降低,当添加量为60%时,红外发射率低至0.73;在8~14μm波段,添加铝银浆涂层试样的FT-IR反射率明显高于未添加试样的;经酸液、盐溶液浸泡24h,添加铝银浆涂层的红外发射率及表面质量变化不大,但经碱液浸泡24h后,涂层质量严重变差。 The infrared emissivity and corrosion resistance of commercial matte Junlv paint with different content of aluminum pastes were studied. The results indicated that, the infrared emissivity was 0. 95 in the 1--14μm. With increasing of aluminum pastes,infrared emissivity decreased and it lowered to 0. 73 when the content of aluminum pastes was 60% ; In the 8-14μm, the coated samples which were added aluminum pastes had obviously higher FT-IR reflectivity than the sam- ples without aluminum pastes. Infrared emissivity and surface quaiity of the coating with adding aluminum pastes had little change when the samples were soaked in the acid and salt solution for 24h, but when they were soaked in alkaline liquid for 24h the coating quality had a serious deterioration.
