摘要
以六氟丙烯二聚体和2-二甲氨基乙胺、3-二乙氨基丙胺为主要原料合成两系列8种新型含氟阳离子表面活性剂,并对4种常见细菌进行最小抑制浓度(MIC)测试,与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、青霉素钠、头孢唑啉钠进行对照实验。结果发现其中5种阳离子表面活性剂有较好的抗菌性能,其中两种化合物抑菌性能均优于CTAB.结果表明氟碳链的加入对抗菌性能的提高产生促进作用。
Two series of fluorinated cationic surfactants were prepared with hexafluoropropene dimer and 2--(dime-thylamino) ethylamine, 3--(diethylamino) propylamine as starting materials. Examined the minimum inhibitory eoncentra tion (MIC) against four common bacteria with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), penicillin sodium, cefazolin sodium as the references. Five cationic surfactants showed better antibacterial activity which two compounds better than that of CTAB. The result showed that the addition of C--F chains could improve the activities.
