Basic concept, set basis and categories of administrative coercion are discussed, the influence of Law on Administrative Coercion on road transport control and the application problems of administrative coercion in administrative enforcement of road transport are analyzed, based on the reality of road transport industry management, and efforts are made to resolve the difficulty in administrative enforcement of road transport.
