摘要
密封条的物理性能直接决定关门力的大小和分布,采用Abaqus有限元方法分析密封条的全尺寸应力分布状态,同时分析了对关门力有影响各影响因素,得到基于关闭过程的密封条应力分布状态。在分析结果的基础上,通过响应面法进行结构优化,分析结果显示可以减少车门面差,从而改进了车身匹配问题,为工程应用提供了指导依据。
The physical function of weather strip determines the magnitude and distribution of door-closing force. The finite element tool of Abaqus is applied to analyze the model of stress-distribution of whole dimension weather strip and the factors impacting on door-closing force and the status of stress-distribution during closing process. Base on the result of analysis, the structure is optimized by applying Response Surface Method (RSM) to reduce the deviation of the door assembly and thus to improve the match status of flushness and the gap between the door and the body-in-white. Case study proves it is applicable to real door and could provides a guidance for engineering.
