摘要
为了简化渐开线变位齿轮的建模过程,建立了同一齿或齿槽上的的齿廓方程,利用该方程能够直接绘制齿轮两齿廓线,有效的减少了操作步骤。首先推导出标准外齿轮同一齿槽上的渐开线方程,然后在此基础上推导了正变位外齿轮的齿廓方程,并同理得出内齿轮的齿廓方程。该方程适用于标准齿轮及正负变位齿轮。最后根据所得方程对齿轮进行建模,利用Pro/E的Program功能建立了各参数间的关系式,使建模过程得到了进一步的简化,提高了效率。
The established involute equations on one tooth or tooth space can help to get the teeth profiles curve directly for the involute modified gear, so that the gear modelings will be more simple escaping complicated drawings. At first involute equations for the standard external gear are asked to be given.with which involute equations for the positive modified gear will have and so on for the inner gear. The equations show that they will satisfy both the standerd gear and modified gear.Finally the model of the gear can be builded by the Pro/E with the help of these involute equations and relationships among parameters under the function Program which will give a further easy way to set the model.Above all,the work will be carried on more effieient.
