摘要
针对于双梁箱型桥式起重在高温高负荷场合使用中,金属结构容易产生变形,而无法实时监测的情况,采用激光测距和虚拟机通过GPRS网络来实现起重机主梁变形量的监测和远程查看,通过该方法可以实时显示主梁当前变形量,从而可推测起重机剩余使用寿命,增加设备安全性。
According to the dual box beam bridge type lifting of high temperature and high load situations, metal structure is easy to deform, and can real-time monitoring of the situation, this paper adopts laser ranging and virtual machine through the GPRS network to realize the crane main beam deformation monitoring and remote viewing, the method can real-time display of beam current deformation, thereby hypothesized that the crane surplus service life, increased equipment safety.
