摘要 将油井和潜油电泵机组作为一个系统来考虑,根据油井的工况,进行计算来预测油井的生产能力,并对潜油电泵机组的组成部件进行设计和选择,使选择的潜油电泵能满足设计排量的要求,使得每台电泵都在其高泵效的情况下运行,大大提升了潜油电泵的应用水平,达到理想的开采效果,满足油田采油发展的需要。 With oil wells and electric submersible pump systems being considered as a system, based on the specific working conditions of oil wells, we carry out the calculation to predict the production capacity of oil wells, design or choose the components of ESP systems, so that the requirements of the designed flow of the ESP is met, and all the ESP are running with high efficiency of the pump. As a result, the level of application of ESP and the oil exploration effect are significantly improved, which fulfills the need of modern oil exploration.
