医事法学人才全程质量管理探讨

Exploration on Whole Quality Management to Medical Law Talents

社会对医事法学人才的需求与日俱增,故培养出高质量、高素质的毕业生应是开设医事法学专业方向的所有高校共同的努力目标。本文针对医事法学人才培养现状,从人力资源管理的角度提出人才培养全程质量管理方案,期待能为医事法学人才培养献计献策,以满足社会的需求。

With the increasing demand for medical law talents, it becomes the common goal tocultivate high- quality graduates for all colleges and universities which set up this major. According to the present situation of talent training, this paper presents a management scheme for talent training from the perspective of human re- source management, with the purpose of offering some ideas for the cultivation of the talents of medical law to sat- isfy social requirement.
