摘要
大学生体验式教育相对传统教育而言能更好地实现学生全面发展。体验式教育的关键在教育载体的建设,充分体现载体满足体验教育功能。"五个一"体验式教育载体较之其他载体设计相对简括,它剔除了繁冗刻板的理论教义,代之以大学生日常相伴的几个事项的交汇通融,通过自省的个人感悟及与活动组织者的沟通交流,并引入学生各项考评中,从而帮助学生完成求道、自省、借鉴、体悟、内化等一系列步骤,实现了高中阶段向大学阶段的顺利过渡,架设和打通了通往社会的便捷路径。"五个一"系列活动所含的各项因素,符合体验式教育载体构建要求,在理论与实践上都具有较大的意义。
In comparison with traditional education, experience-oriented education for college students is better in facilitating students' full development. The key to experience-oriented education lies in the construction of education carriers which can fulfill the function of experiencing education. Compared with the design of other carriers, "Five Ones" experlence-oriented ed- ucation carrier is simpler in that it replaces theories and doctrines which are complicated, lengthy and stereotypical with a com- bination of some college students' day-to-day activities. This kind of carriers also calls for students' introspective perception and their communication with activity organizers. Moreover, it is included in students' appraisal and thus helps them seek Tao, introspect, learn, understand and internalize. A smooth transition from high school to college on the part of students is effected, leading an easy path to society for them. The elements included in "Five Ones" activities accord with the demands for constructing experience-oriented education carriers, and are theoretically and practically significant
