摘要
介绍了基于国产高压变频器质量的提高和关键技术的发展,国产高压变频器在济钢炼铁厂两处烧结主抽风机同步电机的成功应用。另外,对两处应用的具体系统方案分别进行了叙述并对整体方案的确立进行了分析。改造效果显著且节能效益巨大。两处应用方案以及采用合同能源管理操作模式,在高压变频调速应用中都极具代表性,为国内主抽同步电机的高压变频调速改造提供了参考。
The homemade frequency converter of high voltage which successful applied to synchronous mo- tor of exhaust fans in iron-making plant of JIGANG was introduced. In addition, the two kinds particular pro- jects was specified and analyzed the reasons of why choose the project. The effect is very clear and the benefit of energy-saving is very great for the application. The two kinds of projects and the model of energy manage- ment contracting are all very typical for frequency converter of high voltage to synchronous motor of exhaust fans. And it supplied the reference for the similar application.
