Probe into the Mergers of Higher Education Institutions in Yunnan

本研究以云南省1993年以来的高校合并为个案,集中探讨历时近20年的合并重组过程中的成绩与问题,从中指出,对于合并院系还需提高思想认识,形成新的组织认同;充分整合学科专业,有效融合校园文化;完善相关机制,促使合并高校健康发展。

This study probe into the process of the mergers of universities and colleges in Yunnan province since 1993, focus on the present situation and problems lying in the mergence and puts forward some related counter-measures and suggestions to them. For the combined institutions also need to improve the awareness of thinking, the formation of new organizational identification; the integration of disciplines, the effective integration of campus culture, and the relevant mechanism.
