变频调速在干熄焦车走行中的应用

摘要 分析了矢量控制变频传动技术在干熄车走行中的运行情况,几年的运行表明,双机并联变频传动系统、二拖二同步方式能充分发挥矢量变频器在低速时的高转矩输出特性,完全可以满足大型走行设备运行可靠、启停平稳、定位准确的要求。 The vector control VVVF technology has been used in the dry quenching car running in recent years. It shows that in the variable frequency drive system for two cars in parallel, the mode of two cars driven by two motors can give full play to the high torque output characteristics of the vector controlled frequency converter at the low speed, which can completely meet the requirements for the reliable operation, smooth start and stop, and accurate positioning of the dry quenching car.
