广西崇左市民生保障基本问题研究

Basic Question of Livelihood Guarantee in Chongzuo of Guangxi Province

从广西崇左市民生保障的基本特征出发,分析了广西崇左市民生保障面临的主要障碍,包括民生保障的历史欠债多、基础差及实施难度大等,并从扩大民生保障资金的来源渠道、提供针对性强的民生保障内容及更新民生保障的理念和方式等方面提出了该市民生保障的基本对策。

From the basic characteristics of livelihood guarantee in Chongzuo of Guangxi Province,the main difficulties of livelihood guarantee is analyzed in the paper,including more historical debts of livelihood guarantee,poor foundation and big implementation difficulty.The basic countermeasures for livelihood guarantee in the city are proposed from the aspects of expanding channel sources of livelihood funding,providing livelihood guarantee content with strong target and updating the ideas and methods of livelihood guarantee.
