江苏农民工生活状况与家庭功能研究

Research on the Living Status and Family Function of Migrant Workers in Jiangsu

基于问卷调查资料,对江苏农民工的生活状况、家庭功能及影响因素进行定量分析。结果表明:农民工具有明显的跨城乡家庭化流动态势,28.5%对目前的生活状况满意;家庭总的功能、问题解决、沟通和行为控制功能测量结果良好,家庭总的功能平均得分为(2.09±0.34)分,但在个人年龄、文化程度、收入,以及家庭居住情况和家庭成员协商解决大事的不同水平之间存在显著差异。农民工家庭面临的主要问题有:①技能培训不足,就业渠道单一。②劳动强度较大,返乡频率较低。③教育功能弱化,赡养功能缺失。④家庭保障有限,社会支持不足。针对农民工家庭现存的问题,提出了相应的对策建议。

Based on the questionnaire survey,the paper studied the living status,family function and its influencing factors of migrant workers in Jiangsu quantitatively.The results showed that the migrant workers tended to migrant with the family,28.5% of them were satisfied with their living status.The assessment scores of total function,problem solving,communication and behavior controlling of migrant family were not bad.The average score of total function was（2.09±0.34）,and there were significant differences among the different levels of migrant worker＇ age,education,income,inhabitancy,and the way dealing with the important family events.The main problems faced by the migrant workers were as follows： lack of technology training and job searching channels;hard work and low frequency of returning hometown;weakening of education of the young and the support for the old;limit of social insurance and support.Aiming at the existing problems of migrant family,relevant suggestion and strategy were put forward.
