农民工问题已成为全社会的主要问题之一,建立农民工档案势在必行。探讨了建立以乡政府为主,用工单位为辅的农民工档案管理模式的特点,介绍了农民工档案信息内容构成及采集方式,并就该模式的优点进行了分析。

The problem of rural migrant workers has become one of the main problems of the whole society,it is imperative to establish migrant workers archives.This paper explored characteristics of management model of migrant workers archives,which was focused on township government,supplemented by employing unit.This paper introduced content component and gathering way of migrant workers archives information.And the advantages of the model were analyzed.
