5种药用植物提取物对花斑皮蠹幼虫的驱避作用 被引量:2

摘要 测定了青蒿、芫花、侧柏、川楝、苍耳的乙醇、丙酮提取物对花斑皮蠹幼虫的驱避作用.结果表明:两种溶剂提取的苍耳子提取物的驱避效果最好,且驱避时间长,其中苍耳子的乙醇提取物效果比丙酮提取物好,处理后第2 d对花斑皮蠹的驱避率达90%以上,并且维持2 d;青蒿、芫花的乙醇提取物驱避效果较差,仅达到50%,至第4 d逐渐下降,但芫花和青蒿的丙酮提取物的驱避率却达到60%左右;苍耳子、侧柏叶和川楝子的丙酮提取物的驱避活性都低于乙醇提取液.就两种溶剂比较而言,丙酮提取物的驱避效果好于无水乙醇提取物. The repellent action of extracts of Artemisia annua,Daphne genkwa,Platycladus orientalis,Melia tooseendan,Xanthium sibiricum which extracted with ethanol and acetone on Trogoderma variabile were tested.The results showed that the best repellent effect is the extraction of two solvent of cocklebur, and repellent effect lasts for a long time.Extract of ethanol on X. sibiricum is better than acetone and repellent is more than 90% on T. variabile on the next day after treated,and it can last two days.Ethanol extract of A. annua,D, genkwa is less effective,just only 50% and it declined gradually from the forth day.But the acetone extract of A. annua and D. genkwa was about 60% and significantly higher than the ethanol extract,the repellent effect of others are lower than ethanol extract.In sum, the contrast of two solvent extracts,the extract of X. sibiricnm extracted with ethanol is the best and the effect of acetone extract is more than ethanol.
