原子吸收法测定当归补血汤等方剂中常见微量元素 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究经典方剂中微量元素含量与疗效之间的关系,用原子吸收光谱法对当归补血汤、归脾汤、六味地黄汤3个方剂中的Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Co等5种微量元素进行了测定.结果表明:当归补血汤中的Zn、Fe、Mn含量分别为36.75μg/g、500.25μg/g和28.31μg/g,均远高于其他两种方剂.从微量元素的角度来看,当归补血汤的补血效果应该更好. In order to study the relationship between classic recipe and the effect of trace elements,the Cu,Zn,Fe, Mn,Co concents in the three kinds of prescriptions-Dangguibuxuetang,Guipitang,Liuweidihuangtang were determined with AAS in this paper, And the activity of elements in human body was discussed.The results showed that the Zn,Fe and Mn concerts in the Dangguibuxuetang are 36.75 μg/g,500.25 μg/g and 28.31 μg/g respectively,are much higher than in the other two prescriptions.The enriching blood effect of Dangguibuxuetang is better than other two prescriptions form viewpoint of trace elements.
