摘要 结合Pro/E和KISSsoft的优点,研究了齿轮齿根修形优化设计.首先结合使用国际标准ISO6336和"图解法",利用KISSsoft软件对齿根进行修形最优化.然后利用Pro/E和KISSsoft之间的3D接口,直接在Pro/E中生成参数化的三维实体,最后在组件中同轴装配三个齿轮,进行齿根优化分析,给出了研究结论.上述研究方法在实现齿根修形优化设计的同时,也很好地实现了齿轮的实体参数化设计.不仅提高了设计的效率和质量,也降低了设计的成本. Combining the advantages of Pro/E and KISSsofi,The author studied the optimization design of the dedendum modification.Firstly combining the ISO6336 and "graphical method",the dedendum modification and optimization was done by the software of KISSsoft.Then using the 3D interface between the Pro/E and KISSsoft,the parametric gear solid was directly generated in the Pro/E. Lastly the three gears was assembled coaxially in the Pro/E and analyzed the dedendum optimization.So the research conclusion was given.The above research method not only achieved the optimization design of the dedendum modification,but also the parametric design of gear.It enhanced the efficiency and quality of gear design and reduced the design cost.
