血小板升高与非小细胞肺癌远处转移关系探讨

Relationship between Thrombocytosis and Metastasis of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌患者的血小板升高与其发生远处转移的关系。方法:回顾性分析2011年1月-2012年1月笔者所在医院206例非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料,以初诊时血小板计数为准,分为血小板升高组和不升高组,比较两组在初诊时及整个病程中观察到的远处转移在总样本中所占比率的差异。结果:在血小板升高组和不升高组,初诊时发生骨转移的情况分别是16例(30.8%)和18例(11.7%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(字2=10.270,P=0.001),整个病程中骨转移的发生情况分别是27例(51.9%)和42例(27.3%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(字2=10.604,P=0.001),而其他部位的转移两组比较差异无统计学意义。进一步将血小板升高组分层,发现随着血小板计数的升高,病程中发生骨转移的几率增大。结论:血小板升高是非小细胞肺癌患者发生骨转移的重要相关因素。

Objective：To explore the relationship between thrombocytosis and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.Method：We retrospectively analyzed 206 cases with NSCLC who were admitted to our hospital from January 2001 to January 2002.We divided the 206 cases into two groups according to the platelet count at diagnosis,and compare the rates of metastasis in each site between the group with thrombocytosis and group without thrombocytosis.Result：The frequencies of patients with bone metastasis in the group with thrombocytosis and the group without thrombocytosis were 16（30.8%）and 18（11.7%）at diagnosis,and 27（51.9%）and 42（27.3%）during the disease.We found that thrombocytosis was significantly correlated with bone metastasis（P0.01）,that is,the rate of bone metastasis in patients with thrombocytosis is higher than the rate in patients without thrombocytosis.Conclusion：Thrombocytosis is correlated with bone metastasis in patients with NSCLC.
