小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C对青光眼再手术的远期治疗价值

Long-term Therapeutic Value of Trabeculectomy Surgery with Mitomycin C for Glaucoma Reoperation

目的:探讨小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C在青光眼再手术治疗中的远期疗效与应用价值。方法:将本院收治的68例均需再手术治疗的青光眼患者随机均分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。其中观察组采取小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C进行治疗,对照组单纯使用小梁切除术治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的远期疗效。结果:两组近期疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在远期疗效方面,观察组总有效率为97.06%,对照组为64.71%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C对青光眼再手术的远期疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore long-term therapeutic efficacy and application value of trabeculectomy surgery with mitomycin C for glaucoma reoperation.Method：68 cases of patients needed to be re-surgical treatment of glaucoma patients admitted to our hospital were randomly and average divided into the observation group and the control group,with 34 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with trabeculectomy surgery with mitomycin C,the control group were only treated with trabeculectomy surgery,long-term therapeutic efficacy of two groups of patients were compared.Result：The short-term effect of two groups of patients compared was with no statistically significant difference,but in the long-term efficacy,the total effective rate of the observation was 97.06%,but the control group was 64.71%,the difference was significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：The efficacy of long-term therapeutic of trabeculectomy surgery with mitomycin C for glaucoma reoperation is notable,worthy of promotion in clinical.
