卡介菌多糖核酸联合重组人α-2b干扰素凝胶预防尖锐湿疣复发临床观察

Clinical Observation of BCG-PSN Joint Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel Prevent Relapse of Condyloma Acuminatum

目的:探讨卡介菌多糖核酸联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶预防尖锐湿疣复发的疗效。方法:202例患者被随机分成治疗组(107例)和对照组(95例),两组均使用CO2激光清除肉眼所见全部疣体,治疗组在此基础上给予卡介菌多糖核酸肌注和外涂重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶。结果:治疗组6个月内复发率为23.81%,对照组6个月内复发率为38.14%,两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(字2=5.74,P<0.05)。结论:卡介菌多糖核酸联合人重组α-2b干扰素凝胶治疗尖锐湿疣能够降低患者复发率,可作为预防尖锐湿疣复发的方法之一,值得临床应用。

Objective：To study treatment to prevent relapse of condyloma acuminatum clinical curative effect of BCG-PSN joint Recombinant Human Interferonα-2b Gel.Method：202 patients with condyloma acuminatun were divided into treatment group（107 patients） and control group（95 patients）.All patients were get rid of the harmed skin disposable with CO2 laser.The adjuvant treatment with BCG-PSN（inject ion through muscle） and Recombinant Human Interferonα-2b Gel（out side using） was adopted for patients in control group.Result：The recurrence rate of six months in the treatment group and control group was 23.81% and 38.14% respectively.There were significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：It is an effective therapy for condyloma acuminatun with BCG-PSN and Recombinant Human Interferonα-2b Gel resulting in decreasing its recurrence rate.
