"五步还原"教学模式是指"将实训环境还原为企业工作环境,将教学内容还原为真实工作任务,将实训小组还原为企业项目团队,将实训过程还原为真实工作过程,将学生评价还原为企业360°绩效考核"的全程职业模拟教学模式。该教学模式在国家级示范重点建设专业核心课程的实践教学过程中取得了良好成效。
