摘要
"全民教育快车道倡议"这一国际多边教育援助框架有效推动了全民教育进程,同时它积极践行《援助有效性巴黎宣言》所确定的有效援助原则。不过,其治理结构仍然存在不足,阻碍有效援助的实现。所有这些,都可以给予在国际教育援助结构中作用日益凸显的中国以多方面有益的启示。
The international framework of multilateral aid to education, ＂The Education for All -Fast Track Initiative＂,effectively promotes the EFA process,and actively practices the principles of effective assistance established by the P^is Declaration on Aid Effectiveness at the same time. However,there is still insufficient of its governance structure, which hinder effective implementation of assistance. All this can provide some significant inspiration for China,which has become increasingly prominent role in the structure of international education assistance.
